Alfonso O. Salazar leads the Citizen Defense team. He has always been a defender of the people and knows that there is no bigger fight than one person versus the weight of the government.

 

He was raised by a single mother, but it took an entire community to watch over a troubled kid. Alfonso wanted more opportunities than what were available in San Antonio at the time, so he joined the military and became a Security Forces Member of the United States Air Force and Air National Guard.

 

He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his juris doctorate from the Baylor School of Law; earning both while still training and attending to his military requirements. He wanted to take the best of all he learned from each organization and create something new.

Being a military police officer and an airman taught him core values of "Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do!" UT taught him "That what starts here can change the world!" And Baylor Law re-instilled "Pro Texana - For Texas!"
